From our inception in 2012, originally Certified Professional installations. We were a company with a very specific mantra, all installs carried out would be to the highest professional standard and certified appropriately.
Back then it was largely power and comms.
Fast forward to 2014 and the company evolved and built and the name became Certified Pro Installs. The Company expanded to include new personnel, bringing new skillsets and new services for our rapidly expanding client list. The same mantra applied. All works carried out professionally and certified accordingly.
This mantra has taken us into ISO9001 accreditation. It’s taken us through Prince2 Project management accreditation. It’s taken us through BAFSA Association. It’s taken us through NAPIT electrical accreditation. Most importantly it’s taken us to third party certification with BAFE SP203 All Modules and SP101.
Every new service provided brings with it the required level of expertise and knowledge to ensure our customers know the service they are receiving is rubber stamped to the highest possible standard by the relevant governing bodies.
Our clients have always been at the forefront of our thoughts and services.
They wanted us to provide a complete turnkey solution to planned maintenance compliance so we added portable extinguisher service and maintenance as well as Sprinkler maintenance to our electrical and fire existing services.
We’ve now gone one further and added a COVID-19 disinfecting service into the company, meaning our clients have the option of a full site disinfection with with state of the art electromagnetic application meaning sites are fully disinfected in 10 minutes from application.
So we come to 2020 and the evolution is complete.
A company that began with a very long name and a very short list of services goes full circle. A very small name with an expansive list of services available to our clients.
We now have an office of administration staff in the heart of the Midlands managing a team of directly employed engineers covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.
Crucially we are all directly employed. From office staff to apprentices we are not a call centre. We are not a help desk. You will not talk to strangers when you call.
We have an expansive list of trusted and accredited contractors available to help us out in every corner of the United Kingdom but that is all.
This is what sets us apart and makes us unique.
